Child Safe Standards - Free Webinar - 23 August 2022

Do you work or volunteer in a sport or active recreation organisation that provides programs and services to children?

The Office of Sport’s Child Safeguarding and the Law Forum will provide an overview of the child protection compliance requirements for anyone involved in the NSW sport and recreation sector.

There is raised awareness amongst sport and recreation organisations of the requirement to implement the Child Safe Standards. However, it is evident that there is a lack of knowledge around additional Child Safe obligations (civil liabilities and criminal offences) that apply to child-related organisations and individuals.
